Uber | Courier (USA)
We were briefed to relaunch Uber's courier service in select U.S. cities. This initiative served as a test to determine whether promoting the service through above-the-line marketing could deliver value for Uber.
Our objective was twofold: to inform people that they could send items or have them picked up using Uber Courier, and to showcase the types of items they might consider delivering.
The result was a socially-driven campaign that successfully increased courier journeys throughout the campaign period.
